Shipping & Delivery Policy

 Shipping Policy

Order Handling Time

  • All orders are processed in a 1–5 business day window, depending on order volume.
  • Most parcels are shipped within 48 hours, but we reserve the right to take up to 5 business days without prior notice.

 

Tracking & Notifications

  • Once your parcel is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
  • Please avoid contacting us for dispatch updates unless it’s been more than 5 business days, as orders are handled sequentially and fairly.

 

Courier Services

We partner with The Courier Guy and PostNet for national deliveries.

  • The Courier Guy: Door-to-door delivery at R100 flat rate.
  • PostNet: Counter-to-counter delivery at R109 flat rate.

 

Rural Deliveries

  • Delivery to rural or red zones can take up to 14 business days.
  • We may not be able to determine if your area is classified as rural before booking the courier.

 

International Shipping

  • All international orders are shipped via DHL Express.
  • Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout.
  • Please note that import duties, VAT, or customs charges may apply and are the buyer’s responsibility.

 

Special Requests

If you have a special delivery request (e.g., leave with reception or deliver after hours), we will add this to the waybill. However, we cannot guarantee that the courier will comply, as we are not liable for the performance of third-party couriers.

 Delivery Disclaimer

  • We use the delivery information exactly as provided by you. PSP Health is not liable for delays or lost parcels resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping details.
  • Once shipped, tracking links will be emailed so you can monitor your parcel directly via the courier’s system.
